- There is a per plate system, inclusive of both rental and catering. Outside caterers are not allowed.

- If the client wants to book a venue for two sessions, that is, for lunch and dinner, in that case the extra rental charge has to be paid. The charges would be Rs. 1,00,000 for Magnolia, Rs. 70,000 each for Camelia and Gardenia.

- Spaces can be rented without food for corporate events, in that case, rental will be charged.

- Venue provides decoration from panel vendor at extra cost, with price starting from Rs 35,000; outside vendors are allowed with royalty charge of Rs. 25,000.

- In house DJ is available from Rs. 10,000; one can bring their own DJ as well with license.

- 1 complimentary room will be available , if number of pax is between 150 to 300.

- Advance payment of 25% has to be made at the time of booking. No refund on booking cancellation.

- 18% GST will be applicable.
